titleOfInvention | Enzyme-fiber matrix composite of three-dimensional network structure, method for preparing same, and use thereof |
abstract | In the fiber matrix complex having the enzyme three-dimensional network structure of the present invention, not only a large amount of enzyme can be supported and immobilized in the matrix, but also the immobilized enzyme is not easily released from the external impact. In either case, the stability is maintained. In addition, even in a fiber in which a functional group which covalently bonds with an enzyme is not present on the surface of the fiber, a large amount of enzyme can be stably immobilized. Therefore, when the enzyme-three-dimensional network fiber matrix composite of the present invention is used in a biosensor, biofuel cell, or the like, its performance can be remarkably improved as compared to the conventional matrix composite. |
