abstract | The present invention relates to a granulated seasoning salt comprising rice flour, salt, and MSG (monosodium glutamate), preferably the rice flour may be characterized in that the luxury rice flour. More preferably, the luxury rice flour may be characterized in that the average particle size of 60 ~ 120 mesh. Preferably, the salt may be characterized in that the average particle size of 14 ~ 100 mesh. Preferably the rice flour is 1 to 50wt% relative to the total weight, the salt is 50 to 80wt%, the MSG may be characterized in that 1 to 20wt%. Specifically, the granules may be any one selected from the group consisting of fluidized bed granules, Rhodgemixer granules, and extrusion granules. According to the present invention, the beneficial effects of (i) prevention of browning by using rice flour, (ii) increase in yield, and (iii) increase in health of the intake by using rice as a raw material are recognized. Furthermore, the palatability of the appearance is increased due to the browning phenomenon, the sensory improvement due to the use of rice flour, the promotion of rice consumption, etc. will also be advantageous effects of the present invention. |
