titleOfInvention | In-plant Seed Formation of Toro, Legacy, or Oregon Blue, Blueberry Varieties |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method of forming an in-plant seedling of a blueberry variety using the leaf culture method. Specifically, the present inventors are trying to establish a tissue culture seedling production technology of a blueberry, while having excellent domestic adaptability and a relatively large cultivation area. We developed two highbush species (Toro, Legacy) and one rabbit eye strain (Oregon Blue), which form the leaves, and developed a medium composition and culture conditions to form seedlings within 8 to 9 months. It was confirmed that it can be used as a source technology for expanding and distributing domestically grown seedlings. |
