abstract | The present invention relates to a nanocomposite for pH-sensitive drug delivery and a method for preparing the same, and more particularly, the present invention includes a polymer formed by introducing 2,3-dimethylmaleic acid into an amine group of a polysaccharide. It relates to a pH-sensitive drug delivery nanocomposite and a preparation method thereof. The nanocomposite for pH-sensitive drug delivery according to the present invention is a nano-sized drug carrier prepared by organic binding with 2,3-dimethylmaleic acid, a pH-sensitive substance, based on a biodegradable and biocompatible polysaccharide into a target cell. It can penetrate easily and quickly, and the drug with pharmacological activity is encapsulated inside the nanocomposite and can be delivered to the target site stably while avoiding the denaturation of the drug and the damage caused by the immune response.
