abstract The decomposition reaction apparatus decomposes the thermosetting resin. The decomposition reaction apparatus includes a resin composition containing a thermosetting resin, an introduction portion for introducing a solvent containing a monomer component of a thermosetting resin or a component similar to the monomer component, a heating and pressurization of the resin composition and the solvent, and a solvent in a supercritical state. Or it has a reaction apparatus provided with the decomposition reaction part which obtains the process collect | recovered thing containing the recycled resin which made the molecular weight thermosetting resin low molecular weight, and the discharge part which discharge | releases a process recovered matter. Since the reaction apparatus introduces the resin composition and the solvent into the introduction portion, the decomposition treatment of the thermosetting resin in the decomposition reaction portion, and the discharge of the treated recovered product from the discharge portion, are all performed in an industrial waste containing a thermosetting resin. The recycled resin composition raw material can be continuously produced by using the resin composition or general waste as a resin composition.
