abstract | The present invention relates to a polyamide nanocomposite membrane and a method for producing the same. The present invention provides a polyamide nanocomposite membrane composed of a polyamide active layer formed on the porous support by forming an organic phosphate further contained in the organic solution upon interfacial polymerization between the polyfunctional amine-containing aqueous solution and the polyfunctional acyl halide-containing organic solution. It satisfies the permeation flux of 40-90 GFD level while maintaining the salt rejection rate of 40-90% required in the field of nanofiltration membrane or reverse osmosis membrane. Therefore, since the polyamide nanocomposite membrane of the present invention implements a high flow rate of nanofiltration, the treatment capacity per unit time increases and the efficiency of the water treatment process can be improved. Furthermore, the polyamide nanocomposite membrane of the present invention can be applied to various nanofiltration processes, and in particular, it can be applied to a water purifier, a pretreatment device of a seawater desalination process, a water softener, a water treatment device, a wastewater treatment device, or a food purification device. |
