titleOfInvention Eco-friendly liquid fertilizer manufacturing method for facility cultivation
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing liquid fertilizer for plant cultivation is to produce the liquid SCB liquid obtained by fermenting livestock manure under anaerobic conditions. Biogas treatment that generates biogas using livestock manure can produce energy such as methane, and the low concentration of waste liquid (SCB liquid) produced from it is about 0.39% of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and garlic, respectively , 0.163% and 0.479%, and other trace elements include iron, zinc, manganese and so on. However, the waste liquid alone does not contain enough nutrients in the crop and is not uniform so that the SCB solution may be used as a fertilizer for crops. In the present invention, in order to add eco-friendly organic nutrients (N, P, K) and trace elements derived from natural products by using the waste liquid generated during the biogas treatment process using livestock manure as a matrix, Mix nitrogen nitrogen guano and palm ash. Nitrogen nitrogen guano contains a large amount of nitrogen, phosphoric acid, and girly, and palm ash contains a large amount of girly. Therefore, liquid nitrogen is prepared by mixing the nitrogen nitrogen guano and palm ash to sufficiently increase nitrogen, phosphoric acid, girly and trace elements in a low concentration of SCB solution. In the present invention, the environmentally friendly functional liquid fertilizer using livestock manure increases the nutritional content of the crop, improves the functionality of the crop, such as low temperature resistance, pest resistance, and the use of waste fluid generated when manufacturing biogas using livestock manure. It is effective to diversify.
