abstract | Vertical ring magnetic separator for coal ash degassing is rotary ring 101, inductive medium 102, upper iron yoke 103, lower iron yoke 104, magnetic excitation coil 105, feeding opening 106, tailing bucket 107 and a water cleaning device 109. The feeding opening 106 is used to feed the coal ash to degas and the tailing bucket 107 is used to release the nonmagnetic particles after degassing. The upper iron yoke 103 and the lower iron yoke 104 are respectively disposed on the lower inner and outer surfaces of the rotary ring 101. The water cleaning device 109 is disposed on the rotary ring 101. The inductive medium 102 is disposed in the rotary ring 101. The magnetic excitation coil 105 is disposed around the upper iron yoke 103 and the lower iron yoke 104 such that the upper and lower iron yokes become a pair of magnetic poles to form a magnetic field in a vertical direction. The inductive medium 102 is a steel sheet mesh layer, each steel sheet mesh is woven with wire, and ridged sharp corners are formed at the edges of the wires. Fly ash decontamination method and magnetic separation method uses a vertical ring magnetic separator for fly ash degassing. By using the vertical ring magnetic separator and the magnetic separation method for iron removal, the efficiency of the iron removal method is increased by at least 20%. |
