The intermediate layer of the indium tin oxide electron transport layer / graphene oxide hole transport layer inserted between the inorganic photoactive layer and the organic photoactive layer of the organic / inorganic composite tandem solar cell according to the present invention is an inorganic solar constituting the organic / inorganic composite tandem solar cell.
