titleOfInvention Percutaneous Absorption Pharmaceutical Formulations
abstract The present invention provides a transdermal absorption pharmaceutical formulation containing a sublimable drug, wherein the drug is released from the plaster layer as a volatile substance over time, but the released drug has no deleterious effect on handling the formulation. The quality of the formulation is maintained even after long time storage. The transdermal absorption pharmaceutical formulation of the present invention comprises a support comprising a plastic film and a nonwoven fabric, and a plaster layer containing a sublimable drug, wherein the plastic film and the nonwoven are laminated with an adhesive having a glass transition temperature of 10 ° C. or higher. The plaster layer is laminated on the opposite side of the plastic film surface on which the nonwoven fabric is laminated.n n n n Percutaneous absorption pharmaceutical formulations, sublimable drugs, plastic films, nonwovens, plaster layers.
