abstract A pouch capable of simply heating or cooling the contents is disclosed. The disclosed pouch includes: a contents receiving portion which can accommodate contents; A temperature regulating body disposed in a temperature regulating space provided on at least one of a front side and a rear side with respect to the contents receiving part; A temperature control unit disposed below the upper end of the contents accommodation unit and having a reaction liquid input unit for introducing a reaction liquid into the temperature control space so as to generate heat or endothermic reaction with the temperature control unit; Sealing the reaction liquid input portion, characterized in that it comprises a sealing portion capable of opening the reaction liquid input portion when a force of a predetermined size or more is applied.
