titleOfInvention | Method for producing autologous plasma for epithelial or subcutaneous tissue regeneration and composition containing same |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing autologous plasma for epithelial or subcutaneous tissue regeneration and a composition containing the same, and more particularly, autologous from platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet deficient plasma (PPP) obtained from whole blood. It relates to a method for producing autologous plasma for epithelial and subcutaneous tissue regeneration prepared by mixing platelet-deficient plasma (PPP) formed with thrombin) and a composition containing the same. The present invention enables the bed side procedure by activating platelet-rich plasma (PRP) by generating autothrombin in PPP within 30 minutes without any specific equipment. In addition to restoring, it is useful because less invasive, the procedure time is short, there are few side effects, economical, and can shorten the daily return time after the procedure. |
