abstract | The present invention relates to a colorectal cancer diagnostic kit comprising an antibody that specifically binds to melanotransferrin or a fragment thereof and a method for detecting melanotransferrin using the same. According to one embodiment, a colorectal cancer diagnostic kit including an antibody specifically binding to melanotransferrin or a fragment thereof and a method for detecting melanotransferrin using the same may provide excellent sensitivity as a new immunological diagnostic tool using plasma of a patient. In addition, plasma can be easily analyzed without using a biopsy, which can be useful for early diagnosis of colorectal cancer. |
