titleOfInvention | Unsaturated fatty acid-chitosan complexes that form self-assembled nanoparticles and methods for preparing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides nanoparticles production using electrostatic interaction of hydrophobic unsaturated fatty acids and water-soluble chitosan and enhanced permeability retention using tumor model mice: It is a new invention regarding the preparation of injectable and oral anticancer drugs that are effectively accumulated in tumor tissues through experiments and have therapeutic properties for cancer cells by introducing unsaturated fatty acids. Nanoparticles of the present invention is a novel invention that enables the development of food-drugs by encapsulating unsaturated fatty acids and preventing malodor and rancidity of unsaturated fatty acids. The nanoparticles of hydrophobic unsaturated fatty acids and water-soluble chitosan form spheres in aqueous solution and form a size of 110-330 nm. Cy7 was labeled on the nanoparticles prepared for the optical image and confirmed through animal experiments. |
