titleOfInvention | Hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate and method for preparing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate in which a hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative having an aldehyde group introduced into hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof is bonded to an N-terminus of a protein, and a method of preparing the same. The hyaluronic acid-protein conjugate according to the present invention is very excellent in the bioconjugation rate and drug sustainability of the protein drug, and the hyaluronic acid is specifically bound to the N-terminus of the protein, so the protein drug activity is excellent. In addition, by adjusting the aldehyde substitution rate of the hyaluronic acid-aldehyde derivative, it is possible to freely control the target targeting of the liver of hyaluronic acid, so that it can be usefully used not only for the treatment of liver disease, but also for securing the continuity of the medicine requiring the bypass of the liver. Hyaluronic acid-protein conjugates of the invention can be usefully used for drug delivery systems of proteins. |
