titleOfInvention 2 Reagent-type Medical Adhesive of Powder Liquid and Powder 2 Powder
abstract The present invention provides a self-decomposable medical adhesive that can perform sufficient adhesion to a portion where blood and other biological fluids leak out in a large amount, and in particular, even when such a portion is a vertical surface, a bonding operation can be performed without problems. A medical adhesive having excellent needle hole embolism is provided, wherein a powder of aldehyde glucan having a weight average molecular weight of 1000 to 200,000 is used as a first reactant, and an aqueous solution or powder of an amino group-containing polymer composed of a chain of amino group-containing units is used as a second reactive agent. It is set as a reactive agent, The weight average molecular weights of the said amino-group containing polymer are 1000-20,000, It is characterized by the pH of 5.0-8.0 when mixing the said 1st and 2nd reactive agents.
