abstract | The present invention relates to a magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent coated with a carboxyl group-introduced mannan, and more particularly, a superparamagnetic magnetic resonance coated with a carboxyl group-introduced mannan to be specifically introduced into antigen-labeling cells with high body stability. Imaging contrast agent and its preparation. The magnetic resonance imaging contrast agent coated with the carboxyl group introduced in the present invention can provide high body stability and biocompatibility with high surface negative charge and can be effectively introduced into antigen-expressing cells due to the mannose of mannan. Tissues including marker cells themselves and antigen-labeled cells can be visualized specifically in MRI. |
