abstract BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an electrohydrodynamic floating device, a method, and a three-dimensional laminated structure produced thereby, in which a surface is formed by placing a stage in which a structure is formed in a viscous solution to solve the problems of the prior art caused by electric field formation. A three-dimensional layered structure was prepared that was rough, had excellent absorption, and had excellent cell adhesion and proliferation effects.
