abstract Room temperature ascon according to the present invention is a composition comprising an aggregate, a filler, a binder and a peeling inhibitor, characterized in that the main component of the peeling inhibitor is dimer acid (Dimer acid). Room temperature ascon according to the present invention can be used at room temperature mixing and room temperature laying can be useful for urgently repair the partial breakage of the pavement. In addition, since the room temperature ascon according to the present invention has an appropriate level of strength (or stability) and excellent durability or water resistance, the frequency of partial breakage caused by moisture, water, and vehicle traffic can be significantly reduced. The cost of road repairs can be saved in the long run.
