Accordingly, by optimizing the additive ingredients of Al, Si, Mn, N, and S, the coarse inclusions increase the distribution density, thereby improving grain growth and mobility of the magnetic walls, and excellent magnetic properties and low hardness. The non-oriented electrical steel sheet can be manufactured stably.
