titleOfInvention | How to extract protein from milk |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for separating proteins present in milk having at least one of a hydrophobic patch and a negative charge at the original pH of the milk, the method comprising the steps of: a) separating and defatting the fat of the milk, b) Under pH conditions at which the protein can be captured on a chromatographic support, a degreasing fragment comprising the protein in the stationary phase to which a ligand, in which hydrophobic and ionic coexists, is bound. Passing the step, wherein the pH is at least 4.6, c) eluting the protein, d) removing the milk protein from the eluted fragments to purify the eluted fragments, and e) the protein. Recovering the same. |
