abstract In the present invention, by using a water-soluble inorganic salt as an antifouling agent, it is possible to significantly improve the antifouling ability, and at the same time serious environmental pollution such as destruction of the marine ecosystem caused by antifouling paint containing a conventional organic tin-based compound (TBT :: Tributyltin) Disclosed is a new antifouling coating composition and a method of manufacturing the same, which can prevent or alleviate the problem, improve the adhesion and waterproofness of the hull surface, and create the color. The present invention is 48% by weight of distilled water, 10% by weight of magnesium fluoride (MgF 2 : Sellaite), 5% by weight of silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ), 10% by weight of aluminum hydroxide (Al (OH) 3 ), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA : Poly Methylmetacrylate), 20% by weight of lacquer extract and 2% by weight of alkyl ammonium salt-based dispersant.
