titleOfInvention Microbial complex using bamboo activated carbon as culture carrier
abstract In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is sampled in an area contaminated with crude oil, and enriched with diesel oil or crude oil as the only carbon source, and then analyzed by halomonas species (Halomonas sp, Sok-1, microbial accession number : A microbial colony of predominant species (KACC91531P) and a microbial community of predominant species of Ricelassopras (Thalassospirs sp, Ch1-2, Microorganism Accession No.: KACC91530P) The microbial complex using bamboo activated carbon as a culture carrier is characterized by using a mixed culture solution cultured using bamboo activated carbon as a culture carrier. Thereby, there is an advantage of culturing the microbial complex using bamboo activated carbon as a culture carrier of the oil lysing mixed bacteria, thereby purifying (sea) soil contaminated with crude oil and the like.
