titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyoxymethylene copolymer |
abstract | It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing a polyoxymethylene copolymer having reduced formaldehyde gas generation in a molding machine, and the decomposition formaldehyde generated by melting and kneading the crude polyoxymethylene copolymer above its melting point. After the devolatilization of the gas under reduced pressure, while maintaining its molten state, a formaldehyde scavenger comprising the hydrazide compound (A) is mixed and immediately pelletized in a continuous process for producing a polyoxymethylene copolymer. The melting point of the diluent (B) to the diluent (B) which shows a melting point of a temperature lower than (Ta), which is the lower temperature among the melting point or decomposition temperature of the hydrazide compound (A), as the formaldehyde trapping agent. In the above temperature range below (Ta), the dispersion liquid which slurry-dispersed the said hydrazide compound (A) is used.n n n Crude polyoxymethylene copolymer, vacuum devolatilization, trapping agent |
