titleOfInvention | Sustained Release Water Soluble Drug Delivery System |
abstract | The present invention relates to a drug delivery system capable of sustained release of the drug. A drug delivery system according to an embodiment of the present invention is composed of a compound including a negatively charged drug and a polyvalent cation to form an ionic complex. The drug delivery system can not only effectively deliver the drug to the local affected area with sustained release behavior, but also significantly reduce the frequency of drug treatment, so that the patient has to visit the hospital frequently for the treatment of the lesion, and thus the patient's medical expenses. It has the effect of greatly reducing the cost burden. |
