abstract The present invention includes a sustained portion and a rapid release portion formed on the sustained portion, wherein the sustained portion includes a levami feed, a swellable polymer and a binder, and the rapid release portion includes a lamami feed, an excipient, a disintegrant, and a binder. It relates to a levamifeed bilayer tablet formulation using a drug delivery system. In another aspect, the present invention by using the gastroretentive drug delivery system to accelerate the initial release of the drug to enhance the local absorption of levamifeed and maintain the blood concentration oral controlled release levamipide-using the gastroretentive drug delivery system- It is to provide a method for producing a bilayer-containing formulation.
