titleOfInvention Rubber Extruder with Feed-coupling Rolling Unit
abstract The present invention relates to a rubber extruder having a feed-coupling shaped rolling portion. Accordingly, the technical gist of the present invention is that in the rubber extrusion process preceded for the production of tires, the extrusion driving part and the molding rolling part for performing the rubber extrusion process are formed to be separated and assembled by a precision transfer coupling rolling die, so that the washing is easy. It is formed to be easy, and it is easy and quick to reassemble during post-assembly, as well as the waste rubber (Burr), which is thrown away besides the extruded rubber for processing, is supplied back to the hopper side of the extruded driving part. The productivity is maximized, in particular, the maintenance performance by the operator is improved by the split extrusion head, and the precision of the extruded rubber fabric is greatly improved by improving the processing precision by the adjustable lift roller.
