abstract |
In intraoperative lymph node analysis for micrometastasis, the surgeon identifies the sentinel lymph node during surgery following known methods. Outpost lymph nodes are removed and prepared for extraction of nucleic acids. Next, the nucleic acid (eg, RNA) is quickly extracted from the outpost lymph nodes. If there are markers indicating microtransition, they are amplified and detected. |
