titleOfInvention | Method and apparatus for manufacturing electrophotographic blade member |
abstract | The present invention provides a polyurethane resin comprising a continuous molding groove and an endless belt of a peripheral surface, wherein the blade member has a viscosity of 500 to 3,000 mPa ยท s and cures the polyurethane composition comprising the following A) to D). A position at which the composition is injected is opposed to the groove on the belt, the position being away from the position at which the forming drum and belt first contact upstream with respect to the direction of movement of the endless belt. It relates to a process for the preparation: A) polyisocyanates; B) adipate-based polyester polyols having a number average molecular weight of 1,000 to 4,000; C) a chain extender having a molecular weight of 200 or less; D) 20 to 500 ppm isocyanurate-forming catalyst and 200 to 1,500 ppm urethane-forming catalyst. |
