abstract | The present invention relates to a method for removing a scale formed of a biofilm and silver oxide, and more particularly, a step of firstly cleaning a sample in which a scale formed of a biofilm and silver oxide is contacted with a cleaning solution containing chlorine, and a first cleaning. The present invention relates to a method for removing scale from the sample, which comprises a second washing step by adding a dechlorinating agent and thiosulfate to the washing solution. According to the present invention, the biofilm is removed by first contacting the scale-formed sample formed of silver oxide with silver and chlorine in a cleaning solution containing acid and chlorine for a short time, and the silver oxide is converted to silver chloride, followed by the addition of a dechlorinating agent and thiosulfate. It is possible to completely remove the scale by removing the and preventing the reduction of the scale. |
