The present invention relates to an improved MTD, which enhances the cell permeability of the macromolecular delivery domain (MTD), which enables the cell membrane permeability of biologically active molecules. Specifically, the improved MTD of the present invention has improved cell membrane permeability compared to the conventional MTD to efficiently deliver various kinds of biologically active molecules in vivo and in vitro, and thus, genetically so that the biologically active molecules have cell permeability. It can be usefully used for the method of manipulation, the method of introducing a biologically active molecule into a cell.
