abstract | The present invention relates to a DNA marker for checking the meat quality of pigs including SNPs of the primary microRNA region, and more specifically, 15 to 600 consecutive sequences including the 495th C base in the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. It relates to a DNA marker for confirming whether the pig is composed of meat quality. According to the present invention, a new SNP site was discovered in the primary microRNA region that is involved in the meat quality of pigs, and a marker factor was developed to select individuals whose meat quality was improved according to the SNP. |
