The 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl-2-propenone derivative according to the present invention has excellent antioxidant activity, and according to the method according to the present invention, 4-hydroxy having high purity as a one-step reaction when preparing the derivative according to the present invention. Not only can oxy-3-methoxyphenyl-2-propenone derivatives be prepared, but also the production efficiency can be improved economically, which is industrially useful. |
