titleOfInvention Method for recovering potassium and manganese from dust in electric furnace, method for producing iron oxide and potassium sulfate from scrap of potassium dust and iron sulfate in electric furnace
abstract The present invention is a method for recovering potassium (K), which is an alkali metal contained in dust produced in ferro-manganese / ferrosilicon manufacturing process, with manganese (Mn), and iron sulfate scrap, which is a by-product of steel, using the recovered potassium solution as a neutralizing agent. The present invention relates to a method for producing iron oxide and potassium sulfate powder from the present invention. By-products can be recovered to be used as an alternative to import, recycle iron fermentation scrap, which is a byproduct of iron, to produce iron oxide, and then concentrate the potassium sulfate solution produced as a by-product, thereby additionally selling commercially available potassium sulfate powder. Can be recovered.
