titleOfInvention | Polydiacetylene thermochromic paper and preparation method thereof |
abstract | A polydiacetylene thermochromic paper and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The polydiacetylene thermochromic paper of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a substrate and a conductive metal mixture paste to be printed (step A); Printing the conductive metal mixture paste on the back side of the substrate to form a conductive metal pattern (step B); Preparing a mixture comprising a diacetylene monomer (step C); Printing a predetermined image by inkjet printing the mixture containing the diacetylene monomer on the front surface of the substrate (step D); And ultraviolet exposure of the entire surface of the substrate on which the image of step D is printed (step E). As a result, the color transition may occur reversibly by heat, bend flexibly, and a polydiacetylene layer may be formed by inkjet printing on a substrate such as paper, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing costs. |
