abstract The present invention relates to a coating composition excellent in fouling resistance and anti-fouling performance and a construction method using the same. More specifically, in a two-component coating composition comprising a main part and a curing agent part, the main part includes 20 to 35 wt% of an amine polyol, 30 to 35 weight percent polyoxypropylene amine, 5 to 15 weight percent of at least one resin selected from silicone resin and fluorine resin, 20 to 30 weight percent crosslinking agent, 5 to 8 weight percent pigment and 5 to 8 weight percent additive The hardener is hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer (HDT), isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), cyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (H12MDI), methylene diisocyanate (H12MDI) In phenyl diisocyanate (MDI), and toluene diisocyanate (TDI) 75 to 80 parts by weight of the selected one or more isocyanate compounds, 20 to 25 parts by weight of one or more resins selected from silicone resins or fluorine resins are mixed, so that the main part and the hardener part are mixed in a volume ratio of 1: 1.
