titleOfInvention | Novel 2,4-pyrimidine derivatives and uses thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel 2,4-pyrimidine derivative and its use, and more particularly to a pyrimidine derivative effective in systemic lupus erythematosus, a composition for preventing and treating systemic lupus erythematosus comprising the same as an active ingredient. And a method for screening the same. The inventors have found novel substances that mimic the function of AIMP1, the molecular anchor for intracellular residence of gp96, to inhibit surface translocation of gp96, and these substances are found in autoimmune diseases in vitro and in vivo. It was confirmed that the effect of preventing and treating SLE by alleviating SLE traits. Accordingly, the present invention provides a new method for screening therapeutic agents of SLE and preventing or treating SLE using the above mechanism. |
