abstract The present invention relates to a biosensor for detecting Atg4B protease, and more particularly, to a biosensor capable of specifically detecting Atg4B protease associated with autophagy. The biosensor of the present invention includes a polypeptide that is specifically recognized by Atg4B protease related to autophagy, thereby effectively detecting Atg4B protease, and in particular, nanoparticles formed of conjugates of the polypeptide and polymer. Because of its excellent cell permeability and biocompatibility, it can be detected more effectively than Atg4B protease. Therefore, the biosensor of the present invention can be effectively used as a composition for screening an Atg4B protease reaction composition, a composition for autophagy imaging, a composition for diagnosing autophagy diseases, and a drug for inhibiting overexpression of Atg4B protease.
