Soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor 2 (TNFRII) mutations comprise amino acid substitutions at the 92 Glu position compared to wild type TNFRII. This mutation improves the cytotoxic effect of neutralizing TNFα and lymphotoxin. Such mutations and fusion proteins comprising them are useful for the treatment of TNFα and lymphotoxin related diseases. |
