abstract As for the acrylic shrinkage fiber of this invention, the total amount of a polymer (A) and a polymer (B) is 100 weight part, 40-80 weight% of acrylonitrile, 20-60 weight% of halogen containing monomers, and 0-5 weight of sulfonic acid containing monomers Sulphonic acid containing monomer containing 5 to 70 weight% of acrylonitrile, 20 to 94 weight% of acrylate ester and metalylsulfonic acid or metal salts or amine salts thereof in 50 to 99 parts by weight of the polymer (A) containing%. The polymerization composition which mixed 1-50 weight part of polymers (B) containing 1-40 weight% is contained. Thereby, the acrylic shrinkage fiber which has good color development after dyeing and has high shrinkage even after dyeing is obtained.
