The present invention provides synthetic immunogenic lipopeptide molecules comprising a common linear T-helper and B cell epitopes and methods for their preparation, and uses for inducing primary and secondary immune responses against specific antigens and vaccines against animal subjects. Provides use for inoculation. More specifically, the present invention provides highly soluble lipopeptides wherein the lipid moiety is bound to the terminal side chain group of the internal lysine or lysine analog, preferably to the terminal side chain group of the internal diamino acid residue. Preferably, said internal lysine or lysine analog is disposed between the T-helper epitope and the B cell epitope or within the T-helper epitope.n n n T-helper cells, B-cells, epitopes, immunogens, lipopeptides, lipids |
