And preparing a pigment including a second metal oxide layer coated on the oxide layer, and further coating the cerium layer and the aluminum oxide layer to secure the humidity resistance and weather resistance required as the exterior gloss pigment. It is possible to obtain high brightness, high saturation and high gloss properties, and to provide a pearlescent pigment having a multi-color. |
