titleOfInvention | Novel Alpha-L-Arabinofuranosidase and a method for producing arabinose from semifibrillary arabinane using the enzyme |
abstract | The present invention relates to a novel alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase and a method for producing arabinose from semifibrillary arabinane using the enzyme, and more particularly, to a novel cardicellulose syrup saccharolaetiticus DSM 8903. (Calcellulosiruptor saccharolyticus DSM 8903) and alpha-L-arabinofuranosidase derived from the bacterium and its enzymes and endo-1,5-alpha-L-arabinanase (endo-1,5 -α-L-arabinanase) and a composition for producing a high yield of el-arabinose by reacting with arabinane and a composition for producing the same. According to the present invention, Recombinant alpha-el-arabinofuranosidase and endo-1,5-alpha-el-arabinanease can be used to produce high specificity and environmentally friendly functional monosaccharides of el-arabinose. |
