According to the present invention, the alkoxysilane-based compound is used as an electron donor material to control the catalytic activity in the preparation of a solid catalyst, so that agglomeration of the polymer due to a sudden rise in temperature in the reactor during the gas phase polymerization of ethylene does not occur.
