abstract | By weight, in the composition 100%, 50-55% synthetic leather resin, 20-25% by weight of vermiculite (mica) composite insulation, 5-10% inorganic rare earth ore, 5% inorganic ceramic binder, 5% zeolite, An insulating wall finish composition is provided comprising 3% antibacterial, 5% heptadecane, and 2% flame retardant. The manufacturing method is impregnated and stirred with a phase change material heptadecane in a synthetic resin binder, vermiculite composite insulation powder, inorganic rare earth ore powder, zeolite powder, antibacterial powder, flame retardant flame retardant, and then mixed by stirring and mixing inorganic ceramic binder A leather layer is prepared, and a nonwoven fabric is placed on the synthetic leather layer to produce a synthetic leather wallpaper. The wallpaper manufactured as described above is a high-quality wallpaper having a heat-insulating material added to the synthetic leather resin layer to not only improve the thermal insulation performance compared to the conventional wallpaper, but also release anion that is beneficial to the human body, and removes the odor and the antibacterial and flameproof functions. |
