abstract | The present invention relates to a tertiary amine compound having an amine or a carboxylic acid functional group at the terminal of two different alkyne functional groups and one triazole linkage represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, a method for preparing the same, and an application thereof. According to the present invention, stepwise amine or carboxylic acid and selective click chemistry and deprotection in tertiary amines enable high yield and easy synthesis of multifunctional compounds having three respective functions. In the present invention, medicinal chemistry, drug delivery system, new drug development, and molecular imaging, multi-functional or multi-image, dimer or trimer compounds may be universally applied to synthesis of new substances.
