abstract In the imaging device, a color image and an infrared light image can be acquired independently and simultaneously by one image sensor. On a semiconductor device where a photodiode, an intra-pixel amplifier, or the like is formed, a wiring layer forming a signal line for reading a pixel signal from the intra-pixel amplifier is formed, and on this wiring layer, a predetermined thickness having a different refractive index between adjacent layers is formed. The laminated film 1 has a structure in which a plurality of layers are laminated, and has a characteristic of reflecting infrared light IR and allowing visible light VL to pass therethrough. For a plurality of pixels constituting the unit pixel matrix 12, infrared light is not cut for each pixel. On the laminated film 1, the color filter 12R, 14G, 14B for color imaging is formed corresponding to the color pixel 12R, 12G, 12B. A color image is obtained based on the pixel signals from the pixels 12R, 12G, and 12B on which the laminated film 1 is formed. An infrared light image is obtained based on the pixel signal from the pixel 12IR in which the laminated film 1 is not formed.
