titleOfInvention | Automobile headliner material with improved sound absorption and manufacturing method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to an automobile headliner material and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein the automobile headliner material is an automobile headliner material consisting of a skin material part, an adhesive layer and a base part from below, wherein the adhesive layer is polyethylene resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin and mixtures thereof. 11 to 51% by weight of a grafted maleic anhydride to any one resin selected from the group consisting of 11 to 51% by weight, 45 to 82% by weight of an adhesive resin composition, 0.1 to 5% by weight of an antioxidant and 0.1 to 3% by weight of a heat stabilizer. It is characterized by forming the adhesive powder obtained by powdering an adhesive powder containing a thermoplastic adhesive resin. According to the present invention, since the adhesive powder is characterized by using the graft polymer, the adhesive force is excellent, and since the adhesive film is not used, the production cost can be produced in a simple process compared to the manufacturing process using the conventional adhesive film and adhesive powder. And the hassle of using the adhesive film can be improved. In addition, the headliner material for automobiles according to the present invention has a sound-absorbing effect of noise in the vehicle because it forms a breathable adhesive layer. |
