titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of functional fermentation broth ratio using livestock manure
abstract The present invention relates to a method for producing a functional fermentation broth ratio using livestock manure, Solid-liquid separation of livestock manure; Aerobic treatment and denitrification of the solid-liquid separated livestock manure through aeration and denitrification; The livestock manure, which has undergone the aerobic treatment and denitrification step, comprises the steps of removing solids through filtration of the UF membrane in a settling tank; Adding an additive having nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potassium components to the UF filtrate filtered by the UF membrane; It provides a method for producing a functional fermentation broth ratio using livestock manure comprising the step of fermenting the UF filtrate to which the additive is added. Fermentation broth ratio prepared by the above production method contains nitrogen, phosphoric acid and potassium components necessary for the growth of crops, so that the normal growth of crops is possible, and it is environmentally friendly. Discomfort caused by this can be eliminated, nozzle clogging can be prevented during fertilization, and can replace chemical fertilizer.
