The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition having a skin irritation and scalp soothing effect, and more particularly, a cosmetic to relieve inflammation, skin irritation and irritation by including extracts of nasturtium extract, comfrey extract, gilyeong extract and cacao extract and mixtures thereof. It relates to a composition. The mixed extract of the present invention also provides a conditioning effect by alleviating and soothing the scalp irritation that may occur during chemical procedures such as dyeing and perm, and thus may be particularly useful in hair cosmetic compositions. |
